HALL RENTAL

Our hall may be just right for your party!

Our roomy banquet hall is available for anyone to rent. Maximum hall capacity is 200 but parties of 150 to 175 are more comfortable. The banquet room is 2000 Sq. ft (40' x 60') and the meeting room is 500 Sq. ft (18' x 28'). Included with the hall rental is the small meeting room and complete use of the kitchen.
Small groups of 25 or less can rent the meeting room, again with kitchen included. The kitchen has a triple sink, a large gas range with oven and griddle and plenty of counter space. Many of our guests choose to set up their food in the meeting room as this room is accessible to the kitchen by a separate entrance.
All renters are responsible for setup and cleaning of the hall. A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your date. Call or email to set up an appointment to tour the facility and discuss rental rates with one of our rental agents.
There is a city park across the street from the hall which has a gazebo on the river that is perfect for an outdoor wedding. Permission from the city is required to use the gazebo.

The Kitchen comes with preparation table, commercial gas range, two refrigerators and three sinks for clean up.
